Extreme lunacy

Ok it's not enduro and it's not racing - but it sure is EXTREME!

Last chance saloon...

Just a little reminder that after tomorrow all membership applications are treated as new applications. If you're planning to renew and want to keep your number (as well as save yourself a fiver) time is running out!

With our first event of 2009 just 4 weeks away things are coming together nicely. A superb course around the fabulous 'Inside Park' has been defined and this year we've been given access to an additional adjacent woodland allowing 3-4km of quality new mileage to what was already one of the best woodland venues in the South!
It's always nice to start the season with something really special - we look forward to seeing you there!

'The Inside Park' 1st March - Entry Open!

It's nearly time for our annual pilgrimage to the amazing 'Inside Park' near Blandford in Dorset - justifiably one of the most popular venues in the South. The superb network of paths and trails around this vast woodland estate have provided us with the basis for some of our most memorable events in recent years, and with several miles of totally new going this year's event should be even better!

Regs are available for download here or you can enter on-line from the 'Events' tab at enduro.org.uk.

Welcome to SCEC 2009... Enjoy the Ride!

Post Office chaos...

Due due to some sort of cock-up within the Royal Mail earlier this month much of the mail addressed to the club's PO box has not been delivered to us.

Royal Mail have assured us that all is now well again but unbelievably have offered no explanation or apology!

Our postal service used to be the envy of the World but sadly it's looking more and more like yet another public service being irrevocably buggered in the relentless (and futile) pursuit of profit.

What happens...

... if you let Mark C and Paul O loose in Somerley Park for the day with a couple of slews?

They make a super job of filling in the ruts and bogs of course - but somehow they also manage to sneak in a new jump Pastrana would be proud of! Well well, who'd have thought...

Huge thanks to Paul & Mark for working their guts out from dawn till dusk today, and to Alan Lovell for the use of his fine slews. Awesome job - thanks guys!

Membership update...

Don't forg
et that membership renewals have to be received by 31st January. After then all applications are treated as new applications. Numbers are being allocated on a 'first come first served basis' and memberships are being limited to ensure all members will be guaranteed a place on the line. If you get your renewal in on time you'll also save yourself a fiver!

Don't forget that if you're applying for ACU or AMCA licences you can include your completed application form(s) with your membership application and we'll stamp/countersign them for you and forward them on to the relevant authority.

Membership packs (membership cards, stickers, hats etc. ) will be available first week of February. If you need confirmation of membership or ACU/AMCA affiliation for an event before then please just contact us and we'll provide you with confirmation as required.
